To start with, I love how you say there were people there for their swim giving you weird looks, but you stayed there. Who cares what other people think when you captured this amazing sunrise! They obviously didn't care about it!
I love the composition, the path draws your eye straight to the sunrise, which is casting fabulous rays out of the clouds. I also like the chains and the posts, they frame the photo, and separate the sky from the water.
The reflections on the water from the sky is beautiful! I also like the reflections of the posts!
I like the depth of field as well, everything that should be in focus, is.
I love the movement of the clouds and the water, due to the 30 second exposure.
Maybe a crop after the post that's closest to the viewer? I'm not sure if that would ruin the composition though, and you wouldn't see as much of that stunning sky.
All in all, a wonderful photo! I can't say much more about it, because it's perfect!

I love how you've made the path lead right up the sun. Everything about this photo is just perfect!

It's a stunning photo, but I'm just not sure about the little bit to the right, after the posts.
